Hilda Baci: We need to review all the evidence first – Guinness World Record

The Guinness World Record has stated reason why they are yet to endorse Chef Hilda Baci’s cook-a-ton.

Hilda Buci, a renowned Nigerian chef, reportedly broke the Guiness World Record for the longest cooking period on Monday morning.

Indian Chef Lata Tondon previously held the record for the longest amount of time spent cooking, clocking in at 87 hours, 45 minutes, and 0 seconds.

At the time this report was being written, Hilda Baci had been cooking for 94 hours straight.

Baci set out to break Lata Tondon’s previous record of 87 hours and 45 minutes, which she did at roughly 7.46 a.m. on Monday.

She continued on, nevertheless, and is now attempting to break the Guinness World Record by cooking for over 96 hours.

As the famous chef goes about her activities, Nigerians are still gathered around to support her.

When queried for not talking about Chef Hilada Baci’s cook-a-thon, Guinness World Record said:

“We are aware of this amazing record attempt, we need to review all the evidence first before officially confirming a record.”
