A lot of times people have asked, why my face is spotless or why did they see a spot this week and it’s gone the next.
Exfoliate regularly.
I exfoliate very regularly doing so five to three times per week. Yes 5 depending on the type of facial scrub I use. There are many ways to exfoliate, including scrubs and at-home chemical peels, but both methods do the same thing: slough off dead and dull cells. In addition to making your complexion glow, it stimulates collagen production. This promotes firmer, more youthful skin.
Apply a vitamin A or a good moisturizing cream before bed.
Vitamin A is the original source of retinol, which many dermatologists say is the ultimate wrinkle fighter. After washing the face, dab a little to take out excess water and apply the cream while your face is still wet or damp.
Limit your sugar intake.
“Sugar is the worst food for your skin,” excess sugar causes acne and inflammation.
Drink Loads of Water.
This can’t be over emphasized. More water during the day and less at night. Water helps the skin stay hydrated, flushes out toxins and rejuvenates the skin.
