It has become a norm for celebrities to have issues in their marital life and bring it to social media for all and sundry.
This time, the home of beloved actor, John Okafor better known as Mr Ibu is in turmoil due to a dispute between his supposed daughter, Jasmine, and his wife, Stella Okafor, over his assets.
Stella Okafor took her issues to controversial blogger, Gistlover to cry out for help over Jasmine’s tactics to dupe her husband.
According to the wife, the actor who was once bedridden suffers from dementia and as such can’t remember things. Jasmine on her end had been taking advantage of Mr Ibu’s health issues and parading herself as one of his children.
Stella went on to expose the identity of Jasmine as she disclosed that the jasmine is from Imo state and her real name is Chioma Florence Okekeagukwu. However, she changed her name to jasmine Okafor after gaining her way into Ibu’s heart.
Mr Ibu’s wife further claimed that Jasmine is now the manager of her husband and has been receiving all money allocated to him. She also said that she has to pass through the fast rising social media influencer to get money from her husband.
She is managing all Mr Ibu’s social media accounts because he doesn’t remember his password. His wife alleged that the lady and Ibu are having an affair.
Stella who is in a confused state over the marital issues added that her kids are currently out of school because of lack of fees as Jasmine, who is in charge of his accounts wouldn’t authorize the paying of their school fees.
Jasmine, allegedly we went as far has harassing Stella with police from Ajiwe police station where they threatened her to keep silence.
She, Jasmine is currently at the verge of selling Mr Ibu’s CBN estate in Abuja for N65million.
Jasmine reacts to Stella’s claims on Instagram live
Reacting to claims from Mr Ibu’s wife, Jasmine took to her Instagram live session to blast Stella.
The marital drama seems to be more confusing as Mr Ibu claimed in the interview with Freeze that Jasmine is one of his daughters.
It is worth noting that the veteran seems to be contradicting himself as last year, he stated that Jasmine isn’t is biological daughter.
He made this known as he reacted to her marriage to a man she met on TikTok. Though, the marriage crashed in days.
Then he said,
“She is not my biological daughter but I trained her. She calls me daddy and I call her daughter. I am okay with it (her getting married). I have been praying for them and I will keep on doing that.
“Man and woman got to know each other one day. It is a gradual process. However, I don’t want to see tears,” he said in an interview with Punch.
