Superstar, Davido, has opened up about his relationship with his colleague, Wizkid.
In an interview with Beat 99.9FM, the DMW boss disclosed that Wizkid always calls him every week to check up on him.
He also confirmed that they would go on tour and stated that plans are already in motion which will take place next year. He further revealed that he and the Grammy singer are probably going to drop a record.
He said:
“I would be lying to you if I tell you that (the tour) is not in the talks. It”s looking like next year. I think me and Wiz are probably going to drop a record. Shout out to my brother. He literally calls me every week and checks on me. Shout out to Wiz”.
Earlier, Glamsquad reported that Wizkid had shown love to his colleague, Davido over his new album, Timeless.
Amidst surprise, Wizkid shared a snapshot of Davido’s latest album ‘Timeless’, called Davido his brother and encouraged his followers to show support for the singer.
He wrote:
“Inside!! Y’all go listen to Timeless by my brother @davido”.
Glamsquad also recalls that last year, Wizkid caused a stir on the internet by announcing a tour with Davido just weeks after expressing his admiration for him at his concert.
The singer shared on his Instagram story that he and Davido would embark on a tour following his MLLE tour, urging fans to save up for the highly anticipated event.
