Harry and Meghan Markle request sit-down meeting with Royal family

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle want to meet with the Royal Family to discuss unresolved issues in the hopes of receiving an apology after feeling unsatisfied following their Netflix binge.

Harry and Meghan would very much like to meet with senior members of the monarchy, most likely King Charles and Prince William, to discuss issues they just laid out in their television series, “Harry & Meghan,” a source close to the Sussexes told The Sunday Times.

This source, cited by The Times, asserts they feel underappreciated in the accountability department, which is why they want to settle the issue once and for all.

They contend that the Royals never directly addressed their issues or accepted responsibility for anything.

This source also claims that Harry and Meghan believe they are entitled to the same level of courtesy as Buckingham Palace extended to Ngozi Fulani, who was recently at the center of a race-related scandal after being treated unfairly by a high-ranking Royal official.

There’s also the matter of Charles’ coronation in May, which The Times reports Harry and Meghan are expected to attend – though by whom is unclear. According to a senior Royal source, “if they want to contact the King, they know where he lives.”

Apparently, Harry and Megan would like to make amends before then… but it sounds like an icy one-way street, and the feeling isn’t mutual. Not only is Charles reportedly avoiding the situation, but The Times reports that Will has no plans to speak with his brother for the time being.

The Royal institution as a whole intends to keep the vow of silence now that the Netflix series has concluded. Despite claims that palace aides and/or staff went out of their way to plant stories about Meghan, as well as allegations of racism directed at their son, Archie, the Royals appear to be staying out of the mud on this one.

None of the Royals have responded to anything mentioned in the special; they’ve simply continued with their duties as we approach the holidays.
