“Grammy vote is fake”- Rapper Eminem spills

American rapper, Marshall Bruce Mathers III better known as Eminem had stated that the Grammy Awards voting process is flawed.

In a recent interview, Eminem dismissed the process as rigged, claiming winners are picked based on favoritism rather than genuine merit.

His remarks followed the 67th Grammy Awards, held on 2nd February 2025, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

He cast doubt on the awards’ credibility, suggesting they go to industry favorites rather than the most deserving artists.

Eminem added that losing to someone like Kanye West would be understandable, given West’s massive influence on the music industry.

However, he criticized the Grammys for using big names like himself to boost ratings, only to hand the awards to lesser-known artists.

Eminem then vowed never to attend the ceremony again, emphatically stating that his answer would be “no” for the next 100 million years.

He said

“That vote is fake as fvck, that is not a real vote, they give it to who they want to give it to. If I lose to fvcking kanye or someone that I’m like okay, I respect that I know who that is, and Kanye has a huge following, he made a massive impact on music, but don’t fvcking get us all here to use your selling point for your fvking show and stiff everybody every single fvking time.

Don’t ever ask me to fvcking come here again, please do not ask me, my answer is No, for 100 million years. Never again will I fvcking go to the Grammy.”
