Grace Makun, the wife of celebrity stylist Yomi Casual, has advised May Edochie, the estranged wife of Yul Edochie to get rid of her husband’s surname.

Glamsquad reported hours ago that May penned an emotional note as she recounted the difficulties she faced in the year 2023.

May described 2023 as a series of catastrophic events that left her sad. She noted that the most devastating setback was the tragic loss of her flesh and blood.

She further noted that despite grappling with despair, she acknowledged nearly giving up but discovered strength in her faith and learned not to question God’s will. She also thanked her family, friends, and even people she didn’t know for helping her, both in person and on the internet.

Taking to her comment section, Grace advised May to get rid of the actor’s surname. She admonished the mother of three to take down his name from her IG page, grab her own identity, and flourish in it

Praying for her, she wrote,

“Make we commot this IG name first. 2024 grav your own identity and flourish in it. May God continue to strengthen you”.

Glamsquad recalls that May had initiated divorce proceedings against Yul after he married his junior colleague, Judy Austin. The mother of three, who faced the loss of her first son during the divorce, sought N100 million from Judy Austin on grounds of adultery.

May had additionally sought a restraining order to prevent Yul from accessing their former marital home, citing safety concerns, and had secured full custody of their children.

In a recent court hearing, Yul reportedly denied being married to Judy Austin, asserting that May is his only wife. Blogger Cutie Juls claimed that Judy Austin also agreed that she and Yul are not married.

The couple expressed shock over false reports on blogs, denying their supposed marriage as unfounded.
