Emerald
When you are looking to add a pop of color to your wardrobe this season, go for emerald. Designers all showed pieces in this standout colour on the runway. Green can be used as a base for mixing with your neutrals. Even though it is a bold color, it is deep and it is muted, so treat it as a base colour as you would navy and burgundy. You can also just mix them it with your creams and ivory.
High slit skirts and dresses
We can not lie, Fashion Week shows always have us excited we will take an extra peek of skin wherever we can get it. Perhaps this is why we are so taken with the high-slit skirts that infiltrated the season runways. Whether the slash is up to there or slightly more demure, the sultry detail is toned down on lengthier yet contoured silhouettes as seen on the Reed Krakoff and Céline catwalks alike.
Plunging neckline trend
We love when the plunging neckline trend! A deep v-neckline is always a sexy choice, Showing skin is nothing new in the realm of fashion, the world’s most famous faces have long been baring as much as they can get away with, both on the red carpet and off. But we have been noticing an especially brazen kind of skin-baring this season.
Graphic prints trend
If you are looking to spice up your ensembles with a print this season, graphic is the way to go. Dries Van Noten and Alexander Wang all showed variations on the theme with visual patterns. “Some of them were wavy lines, some had zig-zags, some were vertical, some were horizontal, but they were all extremely graphic. And do not think that a graphic print is only for the model-thin: Putting these prints in the right places can make you look longer, leaner and slimmer, What more could you want?
