The video director allied with Netflix for his debut series, bringing about a new project that marks the beginning of his career in the field of television series. Set in Lagos State, Nigeria, the narrative follows a desperate man, a devoted sister, and an ambitious woman as they face personal and societal hardships. The film marks Peters’ return to filmmaking after directing the 2014 short horror film Hex.
Hex premiered at the 2015 Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF), where it won the Best Short Film award.
