Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Funke Akindele has expressed gratitude to Nigeria and West Africa for the success of her movie, “A Tribe Called Judah.”
Glamsquad recalls that Funke became the first Nigerian filmmaker to gross over a billion at cinemas, and she has been vocal about her record-breaking achievement.
In a recent update, “A Tribe Called Judah” has now grossed over N1.4 billion in the past few months. Undoubtedly, the movie has become a favourite for many both at home and abroad.
Sharing the good news, Film One expressed gratitude to Nigerians and West Africans for making the movie number one.
