Counting down to thia year’s African Magic Viewers Choice Award , we thought it would be nice to look back at a few looks that rocked the media space after the event last year, give some predictions for this year’s red carpet looks and mention a few people we cant wait to see on the red carpet.
Last year we had looks from Mercy Ayigbe, Adesua Etomi, Omoni Oboli , Stephanie linus, Funke Akindele , Mai a
Atafo, Frank Fonga, Ik Ogbona, his wife and a few more who made rounds and topped chats on the internet. Alot of us where pretty impressed at the evolved style and fashion of Nigerian celebrities.
This year we hope to see a lot more sass, fabulousness and dapper, from the men just as much the women and hopfuly this year the men get their shoes right. Can wait to see looks from Adesuwa Etomi, Somkele, Indima Okojie, ireti Doyle, funke Akindele, Mo abudu, Sharon Oja, Beverley Naya and a couple the guys who have had a wonderful movie year .
Chatting with a fashion friend , here is what we predicted would be seen on the red carpet such as ; Mermaid cuts, volumes, Lots of reds and black, a couple of whites, silver and nudes (if we catch the Oscars fever), Some shiny fabrics, plunge neck lines and high slits , Off shoulders definitely, One or two capes and basically whatever Designers already have on their racks lol.
We hope to be wowed this year more than last year’s and good luck to the nominees hopefully no lala land moments.
