Grammy nominated Afro beats king Femi Kuti becomes 54 years old today. The singer has been doing good music for so long now that it seems younger. He is the first son of Afro beats legend and originator Fela Kuti, and the gran child of Political campaigner and women’s right activist Funmilayo Ransome Kuti.
Femi keeps alive the legacy and principles of his late father and grnad mother in his African Shrine located in Ikeja area of Lagos where Afro beats fans go and watch him and talented musicians perform weekly.
