FC Ifeanyi Ubah have won the 2016 edition of the Federation Cup.
The feat was achieved through a 5-4 penalty win over Nasarawa United after the game ended goalless at full-time.
FC Ifeanyi Ubah who converted all their penalties will now represent Nigeria at the continental level in the CAF Confederation’s Cup next season.
In the Female final played earlier, Rivers Angels triumphed over Bayelsa Queens 5-3 via penalties also after the game ended a goal apiece after regulation time.
