The Hippie look of the 1960s carried over to the early ’70s. Bell bottom pants, frayed jeans, midi skirts, maxi dresses are quite popular during this period. Chokers, scarfs, and headbands are also used to achieve the hippie’s look during the early 1970s. Women not dressing in the hippie’s look go for a more casual form of dressing.
