Glamsquad reports that the family of late reality TV star, Patrick Fakoya better known as Rico Swavey has released his funeral arrangements.
Recall that Rico Swavey died on Thursday, 13th October after he was involved in a ghastly car accident on Tuesday, 11th October where he sustained injuries. His death was announced by his friend and co-star, Tobi Bakre
Rico’s death generated controversies on social media after a video of how he was handled by the hospital he was rushed to was released online.
Netizens slammed the hospital for the careless way they handled Rico and for allowing people to make a video of him while unconscious. Reacting to the allegations, the hospital released a statement claiming that the deceased was drunk as he smelt alcohol when he was brought to the hospital.
Reacting to the information from the hospital, his management noted that false narratives have been lingering because many influencers had been paid to promote certain narratives.
In the burial arrangement released via his Twitter page, the last star, a night of tribute and candlelight walk, would be held in his honour on 19th October.
The star would be laid to rest on 20th October. A church service would be held at Methodist Church, Tinubu Square, before his funeral service.
