Former Big Brother Naija Housemate Maria Chike Benjamin has been trending for the wrong reasons following the allegation that the reality star and former air hostess is dating a married man and compelling him to divorce his wife.
The drama thickened after Pascal Okechukwu aka Cubana Chief Priest, a popular celebrity barman, called out reality Tv star, Maria for having an affair with his sister’s husband.
The celebrity barman made this known in a post via his Instagram account on Sunday.
He also accused Maria of sending threatening messages to his sister adding that she shamelessly keeps showing off expensive gifts another woman’s husband got for her.
However, when Glamsquad Magazine dug further, we found out that the lady in question is identified as Maryann Onyi, is not really Cubana Chief Priest’s biological sister and the drama has been brewing for a while.
According to a source close to the family, the ‘married man’ identified as Kelvin has been separated from his wife; Onyi, for months before he met with Maria.
“Kelvin and his wife are no longer together as they started their divorce proceedings months ago.”
“The woman, Maryann Onyi (Kelvin’s wife) is just pained he’s with a celebrity and lied to her brother, Cubana ChiefPriest that she was threatened by Maria.”
“Kelvin is used to sleeping around and cheating on his wife.”
“Onyi herself ended the marriage months ago why is she back crying?”
“Also, Cubana himself has seen Kelvin sleep with other girls, why hasn’t he called him out ever before?”
Glamsquad Magazine recalls that Maria took to her Instagram stories to flaunt over 28.5 million naira in dollars days ago. According to her, she was headed for shopping.
Reacting to his post, popular gossip blogger, Cutie Julls took to the comment section to remind Cubana of once allegedly hooking his sister’s husband with a former BBNaija winner, Mercy Eke.
