Public Relations and Entertainment Guru Paul Okoye of Upfront and Personal is the cover star for today’s Vanguard Allure.
He turned 50 yesterday and took us through the journey of his humble beginnings to the household name that he is today. He opens up for the first time to Vanguard Allure’s Yemisi Suleiman on how he got to where he is today.
