Eniola had an amazing and interesting childhood. She attended Saint Michael’s Anglican Primary School in Epe for elementary school. After that, Eniola continued his studies at the Army Secondary School, also located in Epe. Ajao then earned an OND in Accounting from Yaba College of Technology before moving to the University of Lagos, where he earned a BSc in Accounting.

She had her first experience as an actress under the tutelage of a producer named Adesanya Adeshina. She worked with him for two years before being accepted to Yaba College of Technology. Eniola met her future boss later. His name is Odunlade Adekola.

Her first film role was in the 2004 film Igba Aimo. Eniola Ajao starred opposite Nollywood masters such as Peju Ogunmola and Deji Adenuga. Looking back, it wasn’t easy to face the camera for the first time. So the experience was quite frightening for the girl, but at the end of the day she was able to get over this initial fear and calmly took her role and played it perfectly.
