The 21-year-old actor glided onto the red carpet in a cream strapless Ralph Lauren dress that had the added bonus of pockets – all the better to pose with.
The textured dress was reminiscent of the white floral Givenchy gown Audrey Hepburn wore to the Oscars in 1954, proving that Hollywood starlets and classic silhouettes are a forever combo.
Fanning accessorised the look with Jimmy Choo heels and a diamond Chopard necklace, and opted for a simple updo and subtle rosy lip to let her showstopping jewellery shine.
