Simisola Ogunleye-Kosoko, better known as Simi, has stated that the budget for the 2023 elections should have gone toward fixing schools and hospitals, glamsquad reports

On Monday, March 20, she announced this via her Twitter handle while criticizing INEC.
“300 billion naira budget for this farce of an election,” she tweeted. @inecnigeria you could have just as easily given them the money back and used your finger to point at the people you wanted to select.”
“The blatant rigging, and nobody in power addressed it,” she added. Lol. Africa’s major issue.
“Anyone who witnessed the disenfranchisement but did not condemn it should keep Nigeria in their prayers. She does not require the prayers of people like you.”
