Dior has announced the recruitment of the CEO of Miu Miu CEO, Benedetta Petruzzo, as its new Managing Director. Delphine Arnault, chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture, confirmed Petruzzo’s arrival exclusively to WWD. She starts on Oct. 15.

Petruzzo is to succeed Dior’s current managing director, Charles Delapalme, who is to “take on important new responsibilities within the LVMH Group” following a transition period. Delapalme’s next move will be revealed at a later date.
The appointment reflects Dior’s commitment to evolving its brand while maintaining its legacy of elegance and sophistication.
As Managing Director, she will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of Dior’s operations, from design and production to marketing and retail strategy, ensuring that the brand remains synonymous with elegance, sophistication, and innovation.
