Michelle Mootreddy, the woman’s name, ‘will receive treatment and regular evaluations to determine whether or not she is able to return and participate in her defense,’ according to the Staten Island District Attorney’s office.

Mootreddy was accused of breaking into the Saturday Night Live star’s home in March 2021, when he was not present but one of his relatives was, according to the outlet.

In the incident, Mootreddy knocked on the front door and was told to leave, after which she snuck into the house through a side door and went into the kitchen, according to court documents.

‘I’m here for Pete,’ Mootreddy told the woman who was home at the time. Pete summoned me here.’

According to law enforcement sources, Mootreddy claimed she had a ‘telepathic love connection’ with the celebrity.

The person on the premises immediately called the authorities, who arrested Mootreddy on suspicion of second and third-degree burglary.

According to TMZ, Mootreddy was also charged with two misdemeanor counts of stalking and two misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and harassment.

Following her arrest more than two years ago, Davidson, his mother Amy Waters, and sister Casey Davidson were issued court orders of protection, according to Page Six.

Mootreddy made a false statement to the media two years ago, claiming she and Davidson had married.

Prosecutors in the case claimed that Mootreddy sent the actor-comedian unwanted letters and gifts to his home, according to the outlet.

‘In this case, the defendant engaged in numerous instances of stalking, including sending letters and packages to Peter Davidson’s home and then entering the home without permission,’ said Assistant District Attorney Matthew Stupp.

Davidson has previously made headlines for his high-profile Hollywood relationships with Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Kaia Gerber, Cazzie David, Kate Beckinsale, and Emily Ratajkowski, among others.
