Davido and Chioma Rowland tie the knot traditionally in a private ceremony

Details have emerged about the relationship between music star, Davido and Chioma.

According to reports, the duo have tied the knot traditionally in a private ceremony.

Controversial blogger, Gistlover disclosed that the award-winning singer secretly got married to Chioma after the death of their three year old son, Ifeanyi Adeleke.

The traditional wedding was held in Davido‘s father’s house and had few family friends in attendance with no camera allowed.

Gistlover also noted that Chioma’s bride price has been paid in full.

Glamsquad recalls that Davido revealed that he would tie the knot with Chioma in 2023. However it happened faster than it should have because of thier son’s death.

The traditional wedding was held on 6th November to console Chioma and her of her place with Davido. According to the report, this happened after Chioma told Davido that there is nothing left for her to be looking at since the son that bind them together is no more.

Their registry wedding is expected to come up sometimes next week, though, the couple are still mourning the lost of their son.

Glamsquad reported that Ifeanyi Adeleke, the son of power couple, Davido and Chioma passed away on Monday, 31st October 2022.

According to information gathered, Ifeanyi Adeleke drowned at his father’s residence at Banana Island in Lagos, a few days after his third birthday which was on 20th October

A source close to the family said;

“The boy was inside water for too long and they pulled him out and rushed him to the hospital”

He was rushed Evercare Hospital in Lekki where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

It was further gathered his parents, Davido and Chioma had traveled for a family gathering to Ibadan on Monday and had left Ifeanyi Adeleke with his minders who can’t explain how he entered the pool without being noticed and drowned.

Prior to Ifeanyi’s death, Davido was spotted teaching him how to swim.

In videos making the rounds on social media, the Stand Strong crooner was seen inside the big pool in his mansion with Ifeanyi.

Davido carried the three-year-old boy and made him flap his legs in the water as he gave him instructions on what to do.
