Nigerian businessman and socialite, Pascal Chibuike Okechukwu, better known as Cubana Chief Priest, has faced backlash on social media for gifting his wife, Angel Gold ‘De Angels’, a new Hermes bag.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Cubana Chief Priest showed himself indulging in a shopping spree at a high-end boutique. He bought an orange Hermes bag which complements the colours of his wife’s cars – a Rolls Royce and a Maybach to surprise her
Captioning the post, Cubana Chief Preist asked what love is if it’s not expensive.
“Hermes Tangerine for my baby @_deangels God her matching colour to our Rolls Royce & Maybach. What is love if it’s not expensive? Ogechi’s Video drops in a few hours. So excited for my boys. 2024 is that Year”.
In the comments section, some of his followers commended him for his thoughtfulness, while others criticized him for always flaunting his wealth.

Earlier this year, Cubana surprised his wife with a new car after she expressed her boredom with her old one. He took to Instagram to showcase the stunning new car he purchased for her.
During his wife’s birthday celebration last year, Chief Priest publicly apologized for his mistakes and asked for her understanding. Promising to be more devoted and protective, Cubana expressed gratitude for having her in his life.
