The twentieth and twenty-first century has taken a different dimension of parenting. It has somehow depicted that parenthood and parenting are two different ball games.
What society witness daily is a revelation of how well some parents have nurtured their wards in the right way and how others have failed at it.
Revealing the most important thing children need, actress and film producer, Mary Remmy Njoku give parents a hint on what they should focus on.
The mother of three note that children won’t remember expensive gifts and toys bought for them, but they will only appreciate and remember the time you spent with them.
She shared a nice time-out photo with her son, Obinna as she further urged parents to make every moment count when they are with their children. She wrote,
“Children won’t remember expensive toys you buy for them. They will remember the time you spent with them. So make it count”.
A few hours earlier, she shared a picture of how Obinna walked her down the Isles on her 10th wedding anniversary.
Mary also gushed about the lasting memory it has created and hoped she and her husband, Jason would continue to inspire him.
