Nollywood actress, Chika Ike has dismissed rumours of being pregnant for Senator Ned Nwoko her colleague Regina Daniels’ husband.
A few weeks ago, Chika Ike surprised many by revealing her pregnancy with maternity photos.
Earlier this week, reports began circulating that Senator Ned Nwoko, Regina Daniels’ husband, is the father of the child and is allegedly preparing to make Chika his seventh wife.
In a lengthy Instagram post, Chika Ike shut down the rumours, stating that Ned Nwoko is not the father of her child and that she is not about to become his seventh wife.
Addressing the speculation, the actress noted that false reports have been spread about her for years, but she has always chosen to ignore them. She emphasized that the public knows nothing about her life unless she decides to share it herself.
Chika made it clear that polygamy is not for her, pointing out that she has been pregnant for months without anyone knowing, yet people assume they know who the father is.
Mocking the rumour mongers, she urged them to keep digging and fabricating stories, as she remains unbothered, fully aware that such gossip comes with her career.
