In a recent interview with Cool FM, Chidimma stated that she can cope with the conditions of the reality TV show considering how she fared well during the Miss South Africa beauty pageant.
She said,
“I want to enter Big Brother Naija next year. If I can stay away for seven weeks at Miss SA, trust me, I am sure I can do it.”
During the same interview, Chidimma stated that she is not looking forward to going back to South African.
Glamsquad recalls that Chidimma whose mother is South African stepped down from the Miss South Africa contest despite being a Top 11 Finalist.

Following this, Chidimma received an invitation to join Miss Universe Nigeria pageant, which she accepted after withdrawing from Miss SA.
After she arrived in Nigeria, Chidimma expressed her joy about her stay in her father’s land.
She said,
“I think it’s safe to say I’m not going back. It’s been amazing. I’m not even looking forward to going back to South Africa. I just want to explore more. I want to stay longer and see what happens next.”
