According to Olu Jacobs, he met Joke during the pre-production of a stage play in Nigeria a year after Joke arrived from England. He felt a connection with her as soon as he first saw her and openly declared his desire to wed her.

Nollywood actress, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde and her husband, Captain Matthew Ekeinde got married in 1996. Two months ago, the couple celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary. They have four children together.
3. Omoni and Nnamdi Oboli
Nigerian actress, Omoni Oboli and her husband have had a blissful union since 2000. Last year, the couple celebrated 22 years of marriage. Their union is blessed with three children; Gozi, Chizi and Tobee Oboli.

5. RMD and Jumobi Adegbesan
Richard Mofe-Damijo, a Nollywood actor was previously married to talk show host and journalist, May Ellen Ezekiel. After she passed away in 1996, the actor married Television Personality, Jumobi Adegbesan in the year 2000.
Jumobi gave up her career to focus on her marriage with her husband. They have two children together. Richard Mofe-Damijo has five children in total with three from his previous marriage.
