This is not the best of times for the CEO of Sapphire scents as a class action for fraud has been brought against his investment company and general enterprise, the Saphire Group.
The suit started as a mere enquiry after several investors in the Sapphire distribution group found out that their investments were not secured and the high tendency that the company will go bust (so will their investments as well).
The case has been picked up by popular celebrity lawyer, Segalink, who is looking to sue Wale Jana for his investor’s money before his company go bust.
There is a very slim chance that they are able to achieve much at this stage, but it is worth a trial – see the court letter that has been sent to Sapphire group in respect to this case.
