Canadian battle rapper, Pat Stay dies at 36.
One of the top battle rappers in the industry, Pat Stay, passed away during a stabbing incident in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Police said that the stabbing occurred early on Sunday morning in downtown Halifax; although Pat’s identity has not yet been officially confirmed, his brother, Pete Stay, confirmed his passing to the CBC.

Just after 2:30 AM, police were called, and Pat was taken to the hospital where he eventually passed away from his wounds. For the stabbing, no one has been detained.
Pat was loved in the hip-hop community despite being from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, which isn’t exactly known as a hotspot for the genre.
