Britney Spears has broken her silence after her mother Lynne Spears paid the singer’s home a visit for the first time in three years, glamsquad reports

On Friday, May 26, the “Gimme More” singer addressed her estranged mother’s visit on Instagram, stating the two spoke it out and “were able to try to make things right.”
“After three years, my darling mama arrived at my home yesterday… “It’s been so long,” Britney wrote with a photo of herself as a child.
“There are always things that need to be worked out with family… However, time heals all wounds!!! And after being able to share what I’d been holding in for a very long time, I feel immensely fortunate that we were able to try to make things RIGHT!!!”I adore you so much!!!”
“Psss… I’m really grateful that we can finally have coffee together after 14 years!!! “Let’s go shopping after that!” the mother of two added.

The visit lasted roughly 30 minutes, according to reports, and the singer’s husband, Sam Asghari, was also present.
Britney, 41, finally extended a public olive branch to Lynne, 68, in late 2022, after a long silence.
“After years of not drinking coffee… Mom, we can go grab some coffee now!!! I’m treated equally… “Let’s get some coffee and talk about it!!!” she posted on Instagram in December.
The tweet came after a nasty social media rant about Lynne only two months previously, following which the singer’s mother apologized on Instagram for all of Britney’s anguish throughout her 13-year conservatorship.
