Brandon Maxwell Runway Show for New York Fashion Week FW23 Ready To Wear Collection gave way to a new era of fashion as the fashion house made use of a lot of boots which where made of mainly animal skin. On the tailoring front, he defied convention by wearing traditional coats with shorts with deep cuffs and elasticized waists. Black and white variations of the fun outfit were worn by Cara Taylor to start and finish the show.

From a shirt, maxi skirt, and bandeau top to a plunge-front dress tied together beneath the breast with chrome hardware, leather was present in every piece of clothing. Maxwell identified his favorite item as a simple black wool shirt dress.
One dress with a sylph-like appearance paired a knit tank and a wider silk skirt, while another joined a sweater with softly padded shoulders and a bias cut skirt. Maxwell experimented with color and a range of designs in the most recent season. For the fall, he bid all that farewell. The majority of the items were monochromatic and entirely neutral in color.
