Social media critic, Martins Vincent Otse, better known as VeryDarkMan (VDM) has shared a new insight into the Bobrisky saga, highlighting challenges and tempting offers he’s encountered since raising issues about the EFCC and Nigerian Correctional Service.
In a new video on his Instagram page, VeryDarkMan shared the tough realities he’s facing, revealing that opponents are trying to silence him by reporting his Instagram and Facebook accounts.
revealed that several of his impactful videos, including one where he passionately called for transparency and accountability in the House of Representatives in Abuja, have mysteriously disappeared from Instagram. He suggested this is a deliberate effort by some to silence dissenting voices.
He directly connected the sudden removal of these posts to the release of a controversial audio clip involving crossdresser Idris Okuneye, aka Bobrisky, which implicated the Nigerian Correctional Service and the EFCC in corruption and misconduct.
Despite ongoing attacks and efforts to silence him, VDM remains undeterred. He revealed that he has been offered large sums of money, some reportedly as high as N100 million, from various factions hoping to quiet his advocacy for the masses. Additionally, several TV stations and podcasts have reached out, eager to interview him.
