Black Panther 2: Marvel opens up on Letitia Wright’s injuries

Black Panther Letitia Wright‘s injuries are said to be more serious, according to Marvels.

The complexity of ‘Black Panther’ actor Letitia Wright’s injuries received on filming has been revealed by Marvel Studios.

In a recent letter, Marvel President Kevin Feige stated that the injuries, which were initially thought to be mild, were really more serious than previously reported.

According to him, the Marvel star suffered a “critical shoulder fracture and a concussion with severe side effects.”

Going further, he explained that “it has been a painful process and Letitia has been home recovering with her doctors and the support of family.”

Wright suffered injuries from an accidental fall while performing a stunt while filming for the ‘Black Panther’ sequel ‘Wakanda Forever’ in September, prompting the production to be paused.

Production is expected to resume in early 2022, with Wright playing a far better role than originally planned.
