Daramola was born on February 15th. She graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University. In 1998, she made her feature film debut in a series called Palace. She also starred in Durodola and above Law, and in 2016 her daughter would be the host of a reality show.
Her film, Cobweb, which she produced and starred in, earned her nomination for the Africa Movie Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actress. She noted that the film was inspired by her personal experiences, as her parents didn’t want her to start acting while studying. She is the founder of the “Action Against Rape in Africa” initiative, which is a movement to curb rape and bring its authors to a book in Africa

Foluke earned her first film debut in a 1998 series called Palace. Since also, she has occurred in several movies, comprising, Above Love (2004), Durodola 2 (2005), and Official Romance (2004). , her movie Cobweb, which she created and featured in, earned her nomination for the Africa Movie Academy Awards for Best Supporting Actress In 2013. She noted that the film was inspired by her personal experiences, as her parents didn’t want her to immerse herself in the theater during her studies.
In a private interview, Foluke indicated that she was a victim of rape. So she founded a non-governmental organization to fight rape and abuse against women called Passion Against Rape and Abuse in Africa (PARA).
