BBNaija’s Maria Chike shades ‘ignorant’ Nigerians celebrating Christmas the western style

Maria Chike Benjamin of BBNaija has criticized ignorant Nigerians who celebrate Christmas the Western way without fully understanding how and why certain things are done, glamsquad reports.

Taking on those who have gifts under their Christmas trees right now, Maria wrote on Twitter;

“How come I’m seeing gift boxes and presents under your Christmas trees?
Did you forget Santa leaves the North Pole on December 24th and makes his way down your roof/chimney to deliver gifts? You guys are hilarious. Understand the Christmas spirit, but don’t do it because others are.”
