Khafi Kareem and Gedoni Ekpata, reality TV stars and former Big Brother housemates, have revealed that they are expecting their second child.
In an online video, the former MET police officer can be seen wearing an orange outfit while revealing her baby bump.
Khafi and Gedoni, who were sweethearts in the BBNaija house during season 4’s “Pepper Dem Geng,” welcomed their first child together on August 22, 2021. The couple is expecting their second child.
Taking to social media, the UK-based Nigerian star acknowledged that her spouse, Gedoni Ekpata, a fellow reality star, had been missing in action for over nine months, and she revealed that their decision was made to focus on the family. Khafi revealed in the same post that they are expecting another child.
Fans are ecstatic for the BBNaija season four lovebirds and have flocked to the comments section to congratulate them.
The couple had kept their baby boy’s identity hidden until last December, when they revealed his face in a Christmas card in celebration of the holiday season.
In a postpartum disclosure, the 32-year-old mother of one, seen in a video with her husband and child sitting next to her, expressed her deep hurt at seeing her husband go out with friends while she stayed at home alone to care for their new baby and deal with all the postpartum issues.
After giving birth to their son, the reality TV star revealed she felt intense resentment toward her husband, Gedoni Ekpata.
She said: “I can’t lie, the first week, or even maybe more than that, I actually had a strong resentment to you. I’m not just gonna lie.
“I was so hurt that I was doing this all by myself. And I think I was seeing you, going out having drinks with friends.
“And I was just thinking, “Gosh! I have just given birth and you were out there having drinks with people.” It just felt very unfair. I just felt very upset.”
