Reality TV star, Tacha Akide has sparked reactions on social media following the removal of Afrobeats singer, Davido’s tattoo from her chest.
It is worth noting that the Big Brother Naija former housemate who was a devoted fan of Davido and famously tattooed his face on her chest, announced plans to remove the tattoo following their fallout last year.
Staying true to her word, Tacha, now based in the UK, shared a video of herself undergoing a procedure to remove Davido’s tattoo from her chest. She posted the clip on her Instagram page, marking the end of that chapter.

Tacha and Davido clashed late last year after she called him out for liking a subtle jab aimed at her and Phyna, and for issuing what she perceived as a disingenuous apology following backlash.
Davido had initially liked a tweet that appeared to shade Tacha while responding to her support for Phyna, sparking her criticism. Tacha accused him of setting Phyna up for more public attacks with his seemingly insincere apology.
The fallout prompted a troll to predict Tacha’s downfall, warning against crossing Davido. Unfazed, Tacha clapped back, reminding them that her career had survived worse—like her disqualification from a reality show in 2019. She confidently declared that no one could end her career, emphasizing that her destiny is in God’s hands, not man’s.
