Laide Bakare is a Yoruba actress. She was born on October 7, 1980. She is an actress whose home state is Oyo State in southwest Nigeria. She holds a BA in History and Strategic Studies from the University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State, Nigeria. She also holds a Diploma in Theater Arts from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Oyo State. His beginnings in the movie industry were thanks to his father, who owns a hotel where movie actors live. From there, she started her acting career in earnest.


Laide Bakare’s journey in the Nigerian entertainment industry was through her father, who owned a hotel that hosted Nollywood actors. In 1999, she made her acting debut in a film titled; ‘Adeyemi’, which was produced by Muka Ray. Since then, she has acted in more than 50 films, including “Okun Omo Iya”, “Asiri Owo” and “Ore Meta”.
