Actress, Hilda Dokubo Unveils Political Ambition

Nollywood veteran actress, Hilda Dokubo has unveiled her political ambition.

The award-winning 52-year old who is also an activist and youth advocate joined her colleagues who will be vying for various post elections.

Glamsquad notes that the likes of Banky W, Desmond Elliot, Rita Daniels and others delved into politics a few years back.

Meanwhile, actresses like Funke Akindele, Tonto Dikeh, and Caroline Danjuma recently joined politics. Akindele and Dikeh noted that they will be putting their acting career on hold.

Dokubo took to Instagram to unveil her poster and noted that she writes to apply as a member of the house of representatives, Asalga Akulga federal constituency under the Labour Party.

“My dear people, I write to apply…. Yours OBIdiently”.
