Chacha Eke, a popular Nollywood actress, has expressed a desire to reconcile with her estranged husband Austin Faani.
The actress disclosed this during an Instagram live session where she answered questions from her fans and followers.
Several months ago, when Chacha Eke announced the end of her marriage to Austin Faani on her Instagram page, it created a stir on social media.
At that time, Chacha Eke believed, it was better to live than die and become a corpse. The actress acknowledged that their breakup was brought on by her problems in her “perceived paradise”
Notably, this is the second time Chacha Eke has announced her marriage in this way. She had previously taken similar actions, but after confessing to having bipolar disorder, she was able to make amends with her husband.
At the start of the live session, Chacha Eke made an effort to avoid questions about her marriage by stating that it would be a story for another day.
But during her interactions with fans, she seemed to reveal that she wanted to reconcile with her ex-husband.
Fans questioned Chacha Eke about why she continued to use her husband’s name, Faani, on her Instagram page, forcing her to respond. They continued by asking if she intended to return.
Chacha Eke responded by saying that the name is still on her Instagram page because it needs to be. She asserted that people using social media wouldn’t comprehend the entire story. She added that she was waiting patiently for the right moment to propose marriage, and that she would do so when it was appropriate.
The actress also discussed how social media, particularly in light of her health condition, has both aided and exacerbated her problems. Chacha Eke claims that occasionally when she experiences symptoms, instead of taking her medications and unwinding, she finds herself venting on social media, which occasionally results in irreparable harm.
