Actor, Alex Ekubo reflects on life’s irony: “We cry for the dead, yet keep malice with the living”

Nollywood actor,  Alex Ekubo has shared his reflection on life’s irony

Taking to his Instagram page, Ekubo noted how people cry for the dead but keep malice with the living.

He highlighted the tendency to admire the successful while neglecting the less fortunate. He further emphasized that people tend to show affection only when one is wealthy, thriving, or deceased.

Taking to his comment section, his colleagues and fans afford that life indeed is an irony and full of hypocrites.

Alex Ekubo’s post comes at a time Nigerians are massively calling on Law Enforcement Agency to let justice prevail over the untimely death of late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba better known as Mohbad.

It is worth noting that the singer through his music shared his heartbreaking experience with his former record label boss Naira Marley and his aid, Sam Larry.

In one of his songs, Mohbad stated that people would love him more when he is no more. Clearly, it is happening!
