“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will move to Frogmore Cottage on the Windsor Estate early next year as they prepare for the arrival of their first child,” their spokesperson said in a statement provided to People.“Windsor is a very special place for Their Royal Highnesses and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate. The Duke and Duchess’s official office will continue to be based at Kensington Palace.”

Since their engagement, Meghan and Harry have lived in Kensington Palace’s Nottingham Cottage, a two-bedroom home. In their newer, much larger abode at Frogmore Cottage, space is reportedly being made for a nursery – but it will still need to go undergo renovations, as the cottage is currently divided into five separate units, used to house the palace staff.
