In advance of this weekend’s federal elections in Nigeria, actress, producer, and politician, Funke Akindele has issued a public appeal.
Recall that Funke Akindele’s coworkers, including best friend Eniola Badmus, have been politically divided over their support for preferred presidential and governorship candidates since since she was chosen as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) deputy governorship candidate in Lagos.
Despite the fact that Eniola Badmus congratulated Funke on her appointment, the two have shied away from one another on social media, especially in comments about backing their respective candidates.

In a recent Instagram post, Funke Akindele gave her followers instructions on how to support her party in the forthcoming election.
The box office queen explained the right way to vote and how to go about it.
She said;
“The general elections are finally here!!
Yes, we’ve all been sensitized on how important it is for us to vote wisely at a time like this, however, it is also imperative that we all are properly educated on how to make our votes count without errors.
Your votes in the coming election will determine the future of our great country, Nigeria. So let’s make it count!”
