The GOAT in the music industry were not present for the 15th Headies Award 2022.
The award which took place in Atlanta, United States of America on Sunday, 4th September 2022.

Despite winning numerous prizes at the presentation, Davido, Burna Boy, and Wizkid weren’t present to accept them.
The most honored artist of the evening was Wizkid, who took the lead with four victories. The Made in Lagos album by the Grammy winner earned honors for Best Afrobeats Album, Album of the Year, Best Collaboration for Essence featuring Tems, and Best RNB track.

Recall that Portable had called out the Headies organizers and at the same time dissing the current winner of the position he was disqualified for.
He dragged Goya Menor by stating that he is a one-hit artiste who hasn’t had another viral jam after his ‘Ameno Amapiano (Remix).
Portable affirmed that he is bigger and more popular than the owner of Headies Awards.
