While Nigerians are complaining about not being on the medals table so far at the Olympics, there are still chances that we might not be leaving the games empty handed.
Today Coach Samson Siasia’s led Dream Team captained by Mikel Obi would take on Germany Under 23 team tonight by 8.00pm West African time. This match is the Semi Finals meanining if the Dream Team can win the match they would be proceeding to the finals and would have at least secured a Silver Medal for themselves if they fail to win the final. So far the team has put on great performances.
Another hopeful is Divine Okorodudu, a sprinter who came second behind Usain Bolt en route the Semi Finals of the Men’s 200m sprinting event.
