Senator Florence Ita-Giwa played host to young and old friends as she celebrated her 68th birthday at Eko Hotel & Suites, Victoria Island.
The very private event which had three-course dinner, dance and unveiling of her foundation’s logo, lit up the Sky Lounge in the pent house of the luxurious hotel.
From billionaires to dandies, fashionistas to professionals, the ceremony was fun-filled with no dull moment from the 8 pm kick-off time till past 1 am (of Thursday, February 20, 2014).
Some of the dignitaries at the event are Chief Harry Akande, Chidi Anyaegbu, Lanre Ogunlesi, Timi Alaibe, Greg Mbadiwe, Ben Murray Bruce, Abah Folawiyo, Ireti Asemota, Dame Yetunde Onileere, and a handful of entertainers from music and movies.
2Face Idibia, Sound Sultan, Jodie, Terry G, Saeon were joined by Rita Dominic, Monalisa Chinda, Fred Amata, Ramsey Nouah, Paul Adams and Chidi Mokeme.
The birthday dame was full of joy as she mixed and chatted and danced with some of those who have made her life worthwhile.
The atmosphere was blissful – and many didn’t want the shindig to wrap up.
