For yet another phenomenal event, the most celebrated rock music festival will this year commemorate with the widely celebrated “Felabration”, a popular yearly music concert held in memory of Nigeria Icon and creator of late afro-beat, Fela Anikulapo Kuti, onOctober 15, 2016 at Freedom Park, Ikoyi.
Rocktoberfest 2016 will see rock music artistes/bands, aficionados, fans and followers living on the African continent and overseas together in a venue for a roof-raising fiesta featuring world-class live performances from popular contemporary rock such as Nathmac, Johnny Drille, Clay, Last Autograph, as well as surprise performances from Afro pop musicians.
