Rick Ross collaborates with Wingstop on scholarship programme

Wingstop and American restaurant chain would partner with Rick Ross who owns a couple of Wingstop Franchises himself to launch a scholarship programme aimed at reducing the dropout rates in Urban areas by granting scholarships to employees and students in those places.

This would be done through Windstop foundation which is a non-profit arm of the enterprise.

Ross revealed this in an interview with Bossip magazine and he had this to say “We see the drop out rates. We know what’s going on. So what’s the biggest thing that we could do?  Wingstop as a company came together and put together an urban scholarship that’s for the underprivileged, that’s educationally based. That’s me talking to my audience. We need to hear this, and we need to bring all these ideas and concepts to the table and start as soon as possible.”
