The acclaimed world’s greatest heavy weight boxer ever Mohamed Ali, whose original name was Cassius Clay has been placed on life support in a hospital in Scotsdale Arizona.
According to the New York post, Doctors are telling the family that it likely won’t be long until he passes away. It is reported that he was hospitalized for respiratory problem. The champ as many would call him right now needs help breathing. His loved ones are by his bed side due to the fear he won’t make it for long.
Ali’s respiratory problems are reported by his rep to have been complicated due to Parkinson’s disease for which he has been diagnosed with since 1980. Doctors say the Parkinson’s likely was caused by the thousands of punches Ali took during a career in which he traveled the world for big fights.
